KAIDO is a Japanese-inspired cocktail lounge set to open in Miami’s Design District in November 2018. Guests will enjoy a cozy Tokyo-style drinking den nestled in one of Miami’s most artistically driven areas, featuring innovative cocktails by in-house mixologist Nico de Soto and thoughtfully prepared Asian dishes developed by renowned chef Brad Kilgore whose menu features small plates, crudos, robatayaki and other dishes focusing on fresh ingredients and bright local and international flavors.
