Rooted in their love of a European Beach Holiday, issima brings the style, beauty, and exquisite flavors of the Mediterranean coastline to the shores of West Hollywood’s La Peer Hotel.

Fully embracing not only the concept, but also the wood-fired grill and ovens of the venue, Executive Chef Michael Fiorelli has created a menu which honors the “on holiday” experience by staying true to the ingredients and styles of preparation found in our favorite beachside getaways.

The venue itself, with interior design by Tom Parker of Fettle, boasts three distinct areas which provide dynamic dining experiences with every visit. The interior restaurant offers opulent comfort, while poolside dining under the stars takes full advantage of LA’s perfect weather, and there are no better views of the Hollywood Hills than above it all on issima’s private rooftop.
