One&Only One Za'abeel is a luxury city hotel in the heart of Dubai, close to DIFC and Downtown, with rooms and suites ranging from Za'abeel Rooms up to Sanctuary and Urban Suites, all with Burj Khalifa or city views. Signature Suites are described as some of the largest in Dubai, and the collection also includes villas. Dining spans several venues: Nobu One Za'abeel for Japanese-Peruvian cuisine in The Link, Culinara, a sky-high social dining hall with homegrown concepts 100 metres above the city, Maison Devoille for Parisian pastries by chef Christophe Devoille, and Andaliman for contemporary Indonesian cuisine. Wellness is anchored by the Longevity Hub by Clinique La Prairie, the first of its kind in Dubai, a three-storey space covering longevity therapies, wellbeing treatments, aesthetics, and a Movement Studio that is complimentary for resort guests.
