Accommodations include 14 guest rooms and 2 suites during three - four and seven night programs called Journeys that are inclusive of luxury accommodations - daily meals at Mii amo Cafe - spa treatments each day - private consultations - fitness classes - lectures - and use of all spa facilities. Three and seven night Journeys require Thursday arrival. Four and seven night Journeys require Sunday arrival. 24 treatment areas are located on the second level of the awarding winning 24000 square foot facility. Included are five outdoor treatment areas - inspired by Native American wikiups provide secluded hillside shelter for outdoor massage - meditation and Watsu therapy. Full 60 and 90 minute treatments include massage - facials - Cranial Sacral - hydrotherapy baths - body treatments - Watsu - Ayurvedic treatments - Reiki and spiritual sessions. Specially trained therapists provide a number of restorative therapies using Mii amo signature blends of oils and lotions - natural ingredients and Native American traditional practices.
