Since your safety / privacy and well being are our top priorities. Our excellent hygiene standards have always been our trademark. Additional measures for deep cleaning of guest rooms and public areas. Increased frequency of cleaning of public areas and high-touch points/light switches/door handles. Availability of hand sanitizers in guest rooms and in all public areas. Availability of face masks and gloves upon request. Employee screening/temperature and respiratory symptoms check is done on a daily basis before accessing the workplace. Pool water treatment processes/water temperature and quality checks are done daily in order to ensure they maintain an optimal level. Our air conditioning systems and filter maintenance procedures are compliant with the measures defined by health authorities. Prescribed social distance of 1.5m in all public areas including elevators. We have ensured restaurant and bar seating distance as well as the distance between sunbeds at the pools. We have defined a maximum number of guests for all areas-pools/sauna/fitness center etc. Please check the sign at the entrance of each area for details. Constant employee training to ensure all measures are being implemented. Encouraging contactless payment. PROMOTE THE RECOGNITION PROGRAMME-Benefit from a personalised welcome and special attentions at every stay thanks to the declaration of your preferences on your online advanced guest account. Therefore you will be recognised in every property of the Association. You will also benefit all year long from exclusive offers and events especially designed for you as well as the access to a digital Travel Book to immerse yourself into the destination before your arrival in the property.
