Embracing original architect Kenneth Treisters signature work of art that has transcended time the hotel embraces the best parts of Mayfairs golden age. Each suite is designed to be a small private home with its own terrace and living dining and sleeping areas that are accessible from the Mayfairs main courtyard. Rich colors unexpected textures and art and photography by a select group of artists will be prominent throughout the hotels curated guest room art program. In addition three never-before-seen art pieces and murals will be commissioned specifically for the property by Verre Eglomise artist Jane Richardson-Mack Bahamian visual artist Angelika Wallace-Whitfield and Miami-born Michele Oka Doner. The hotels namesake Mayfair Grill restaurant garden-cafe and atrium bar will serve wood-fired cuisine fueled by the Sonoran flavors of Arizona Southern California and New Mexico. Celebrating Coconut Groves Caribbean ancestry Sipsip named for the Bahamian word for gossip or sharing news will be a Calypso-style rooftop pool bar with island inspired cocktails an extensive rum program a Caribbean menu and live music. The heart of the Mayfair House Hotel and Garden is its vibrant courtyard and garden filled with lush plantings fountains and pools fanciful copper lighting and sculptural architectural reliefs. Guests access their suites from the outdoor corridors that surround the garden experiencing the green oasis by day and night. Both indoors and outdoors the hotel will have 8500 square feet of versatile meeting and event space for weddings galas conferences exhibitions banquets seminars cocktail parties and more. The gym is impressive with 1060 square feet of brand-new state of the art exercise equipment including multiple Peloton bikes.
