
Owners of two other establishments in this region that they love so passionately- Genevieve and Jean-Andre Charial have revived this former convent with wonderful restoration work and decoration. Contemporary furniture now sits next to the original stones in a harmonious dialogue. The restaurant menu celebrates the region too- Fillet of John Dory baked with salty butter and artichokes from Provence- duck fillet in its crunchy skin with Mediterranean flavoured dried fruit chutney. The property is closed for business during the year over the following dates- from October 31st to March 10th 2017- On March - the hotel and the restaurant are closed Monday and Tuesday. On April the restaurant is closed from Sunday for dinner to Wednesday for lunch.CLUB 5C- Hotel welcomes Relais and Chateaux Club 5C members with a VIP Welcome and a Discovery Privilege.
