You are here in their home- on the banks of Lake Geneva- with the snowy mountain peaks as the backdrop. A panorama which the couple fell in love with 30 years ago and which inspired Jean-Jacques Rousseau to write his novel- The New Heloise. In the restaurant- Toni and his team create simple cuisine inspired by the south- such as the rack of Sisteron lamb with herbs accompanied by straw potatoes and ratatouille nicoise. A masterpiece.
