H tel Swexan is Harwood Hospitality Groups flagship Dallas property offering the confluence of Texan warmth and international Swiss European flair. The location in Harwood District will provide bespoke amenities high-energy culinary experiences and nightlife bringing an all-immersive European escape for visitors and locals alike. The 20-story mirrored modern structure is the third building in the district designed by world-renowned Japanese architect Kengo Kuma who believes buildings should enrich the connection between architecture and surrounding landscapes. The 134 rooms and suites feature five-fixture baths and floor-to-ceiling windows. The interior architectural details are inspired by a 19th-century Parisian residence-turned-hotel with hand-carved stone and wooden fireplaces on every floor.
