Located on Paris Left Bank in the subtle neighborhood of Saint-Placide Hotel des Grands Voyageurs is a confidential address with a residential feel. Hotel des Grands Voyageurs was conceived as the private house of a Parisian collector a true hotel particulier filled with carefully curated art and treasures brought from all over the world. Inspired by Yves Saint-Laurent and Pierre Berge s apartment in the 7th arrondissement the hotel cultivates unconventional style and eclecticism mixing cultural references with impeccable taste. Moving from a room to another feels like traveling in time and style. In the restaurant area two metallic sculptures created by contemporary German artist Stefan Traloc contrasts with the glossy wood-paneled walls. In the gym downstairs a Greco-Roman inspired fresco by Italian painter Assia Pallavicino elevates the training experience. Guests can enjoy drinks in the basement s secret bar surrounded by antique Asian paintings. Twenty artworks from diverse art movements have been selected by Fabrizio Casiraghi to complement the hotel s art collection.
