Freycinet Lodge

Uniquely set within Freycinet National Park with a spectacular waterfront location at the foot of the Hazards Freycinet Lodge is a superb base for exploring the world famous Wineglass Bay and the Freycinet Peninsula. The property has 60 beautifully appointed cabins all in a secluded bush land setting. The cabins are telephone and television free to ensure complete relaxtion. The main lodge overlooks Great Oyster Bay and includes two restaurants bar lounge and conference areas. Abundant Tasmanian wildlife in Freycinet National Park on land and at sea a rich colonial history with place names recalling bold navigators and explorers who first sailed along the Freycinet coast cool-climate wines and fine local produce all yours to enjoy at Freycinet. Sensitively sited in coastal bush land within the boundary of the National Park Freycinet Lodge is the ideal accommodation for holiday makers by day and a comfortable haven as the sun sets across the waters of Great Oyster Bay. As Freycinet Lodge is located within a pristine National Park entry fees do apply. Passes are available from the visitor information centre at the entrance to the park or at Freycinet Lodge reception with prices for a 24 hour vehicle pass starting at AUD 24.00.
