Domaine de Primard - Fontenille Collection

Along a bend in the River Eure- Primard appears at the end of a shaded path guarded by century-old trees and surrounded by water - Imbued with poetry throughout- landscape gardener Jacques Wirtzs design for this 20-hectare estate nestled along the banks of the river masterly combines geometric discipline with the romanticism of classic English gardens- As the newest jewel in the Les Domaines de Fontenille collection- some forty rooms and suites are found in the beautiful Directoire-style chateau and outbuildings- as well as a pleasant spa and indoor pool- At the intimate gourmet restaurant and bistro enjoy fresh produce direct from the estates four-hectare permaculture garden
