Our property - Casa Trias is the oldest complete finca in the city of Chihuahua. Although there are other adobe houses in Chihuahua - this one is unique due to its avant-garde ornamentation and architecture. With an architectural design ahead of its time and characterized by flattened walls - the walls of Central Hotel Boutique are covered with a cantera structure. Moreover - the 19th century facade - the steel door brackets and the shape of the windows reveal an interesting historical fact. they were designed to protect the owners from Apache attacks. The central courtyard La Luna has cornices - scrolls that are spiral ornaments and gargoyles that were placed to prevent the concentration of rain and humidity.
