In keeping with the Tuscan food and wine culture are the two restaurants: the gourmet restaurant Contrada, for a sophisticated gastronomic experience tasting Tuscan cuisine interpreted by our Chef together with world-famous Gordon Ramsay. The wine cellar, La Cantina, holds the best Tuscan and Chianti wines produced in the region and in the vineyards surrounding Castel Monastero and guests can sample the local specialties. The SPA at Castel Monastero is the perfect place to unwind and relax. With its 1,000 square metres guests may choose from a series of programs and treatment, complemented by innovative and exclusive lines. Exclusive to Castel Monastero are the weight loss and detox programs created by leading nutritionists. The SPA experience is enhanced by the indoor water area featuring sauna, Hammam, emotional showers and two indoor pools, of which one with an exclusive patent featuring water with a high saline concentration.
