We even offer cooking tips and recipes and take home techniques to motivate your own commitment to healthy eating. At our Lenox resort you will find the time you seek to breathe to reconnect and to get back to what is real.   • Bookings in our One Bedroom Suites will receive an additional $100 credit (for a total of $200 during stay)
  • Stays of 7+ nights will receive an additional $200 credit (for a total of $300 during stay, or $400 for One Bedroom Suites)
