Browns Hotel is a part of Rocco Forte Hotels - Set in the heart of Mayfair - First ever hotel to open in London in 1837 - Re-launched in Dec 2005, following 24 million pound restoration - 117 stylish bedrooms including 29 luxurious suites - HIX Mayfair - The English Tea Room, voted Top London Afternoon Tea 2009 by The Tea Guild Browns is a short walk away from the designer stores on Bond Street, West End theatres and tranquillity of Green Park. Composed of 11 Georgian town houses, all of the 117 rooms and suites have been elegantly designed. HIX Mayfair serves an outstanding menu of great British classic dishes, using the finest local, seasonal ingredients. Traditional afternoon tea is served in The English Tea Room. The hotel also offers six unique private dining and meeting rooms for up to 120 people and Browns is also home to a fully equipped 24-hour gym and three spa treatment rooms.
