On the picturesque shores of Lake Neuchatel- Beau-Rivage was built in 1865 by Jean-Jacques Mayer and has been in the same family for four generations. Current owners Jacques Mayer and his sister Catherine Nickbarte-Mayer have a gift for warm hospitality and have scrupulously restored this hotel- which has a beautiful fresco dating from the 19th century in the atrium and a facade with striking ironwork. Suites have private sundecks complete with splendid views of the Jet dEau fountain- the lake and Mont Blanc- which can also be marveled at from an open-air Jacuzzi on the terrace. Authentic cuisine based on local produce is served in the OTerroirs restaurant and the fine Thai dishes served at Le Patara restaurant attract gourmets from near and far. Live piano music fills the atmospheric Veranda Bar- which is known for its selection of absinthe- and the hotel also hosts fascinating wine-tasting events..CLUB 5C- Hotel welcomes Relais and Chateaux Club 5C members with a VIP Welcome and a Discovery Privilege.
