B&B Bloom

Set on Venice’s Campo Santo Stefano, a couple of footbridges to the west of Saint Mark’s Square, Bloom is right in the thick of the action — but from within, it’s just secluded enough to feel like a private escape. It’s got just a handful of rooms, outfitted in a style that’s antique but never heavy, despite its rich colors. The generous spaces help, as does the rooftop terrace, overlooking a neighborhood that’s lively by day but tranquil at night. As the B&B form dictates, there’s no restaurant beyond a daily breakfast service, but Venice’s walkways and waterways are plentifully supplied.
