YHA Hawkshead

Set in a stunning Regency mansion overlooking Esthwaite Water, YHA Hawkshead stands within beautiful grounds just a mile from Hawkshead village. It offers a restaurant, a games room, and a shop for guests. The Beatrix Potter Gallery is located in nearby Hawkshead, and Lake Windermere is only a 10-minute drive from YHA Hawkshead. The lush greenery of Grizedale Forest is just outside the hostel, home to excellent mountain biking trails and a Go Ape! treetop adventure course.
