New York Oyster Week - OystoberFEST

The perfect way to end NYOW VIII. As all NYOW events, OystoberFest incorporates a foraging service & presentation style. Guests roam from station to station, each of which has a different oyster variety on offer which may change from one to another during the course of the event. Oysters are shucked live at each station. Guests enjoy a few at each station and then move on to the next one. This way they can try many varieties of oysters and move around a room filled with other interesting and interested people who also love to explore various oyster varieties, toppings, dressings and a GOOD TIME!
