This week we're waking up early with a core and lower body focused workout (no equipment necessary!) with international supermodel Ela Grego. After a 13 year long international modeling career, working with huge names like Elle and Vogue, Ela became a full time fitness and nutrition coach specializing in body composition and fat lost. Being a model meant being exposed to unhealthy beauty standards she loves to break nutrition and exercise myths and helping people free themselves around food and live more sustainably while also reaching their dream body goals.
