It is also referred to as the ‘Art of Eight Limbs’ as it encompasses Punches, Kicks, Knees and Elbows making Muay Thai unique in the game of striking! Thai Boxing is as dangerous as it is fun and it is now being used as a whole body workout. It is great for fitness and known to burn up to 1000+ calories in a single class! Justin Troy is a former fighter and now a full time coach in this beautiful yet deadly martial art. With over 25 fights and 20 years of experience in Thai Boxing, Justin’s put all the work in to give his students an easy to learn, proficient and very refined version of this Art. Thai Boxing is a Combat Sport of Thailand that utilizes Stand-up Striking. Made Justin coaches fighters, fitness enthusiasts and hobbyists and truly believes “Thai Boxing is made for Everyone". Justin owns ‘Two Bridges Muay Thai’ in NYC where Muay Thai is taught in person in its traditional method.
