The Essentials

Ben Unger is founder of BUF Personal Training, a gym in Midtown, Manhattan devoted exclusively to personal training. BUF's goal for all of their clients is to help them get into the best shape of their lives by combining weightlifting, high intensity interval training, and nutrition coaching.

Ben is certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine as a general personal trainer, nutrition specialist, and senior fitness specialist.

This class will be 45 minutes of high intensity interval training with a focus on both strength and fat burning. The last 45 minutes will be a Q and A session where Ben will answer any fitness related questions you may have.
