Introducing SELECT's Friday Funday's: a weekly way to unwind with a, you guessed it, fun activity to head into the weekend. For our first Friday Funday, we're thrilled to kick things off with an exclusive cocktail making class with Miami-based bartender Valentino Longo.

Valentino is one of the world's more prestigious bartenders and most recently was the winner of the 13th annual North America's Most Imaginative Bartender. Valentino originally hails from Rome and is currently the head bartender in Le Sirenuse Champagne Bar set inside the gorgeous Four Seasons hotel in Miami. Valentino will be walking you through his process and answering your questions as he instructs how he creates his signature Negroni cocktail and Martini.
