Quarantine got you feeling alone? Even isolated, perhaps? That was the inspiration behind a very special digital event that you are now invited to. Join us for what is sure to be an extremely exciting panel on the parallels (and not) between the current state of the world and living and working in space. The event will be moderated by Rachel Lyons and will feature Founding Astronaut of Virgin Galactic, Loretta Hidalgo Whitesides as well as Chairman & CEO of Voyager Space Holdings, Dylan Taylor. Loretta Hidalgo Whitesides Outside of being a founding astronaut for the innovative Virgin Galactic, Loretta Hidalgo Whitesides has had an illustrious career in astrobiology and public speaking. Loretta is most recently the author of The New Right Stuff: Using Space to Bring Out the Best in You, but is also the co-founder of global Space party Yuri’s Night, an international celebration to commemorate milestones in space exploration. She is also the creator of SpaceKind leadership training. Dylan Taylor Dylan serves as Chairman & CEO of Voyager Space Holdings, a multi-national space holding firm that acquires and integrates leading space exploration enterprises globally. Dylan has been cited by Harvard University, SpaceNews, BBC, CNBC, CNN and others as having played a seminal role in the growth of the private space industry. As an early-stage investor in more than 50 emerging ventures, including Accion, Kepler, York, Astrobotic, and Planet, Dylan is widely considered the most active private space investor in the world. ROCKET SCIENCE RED WINE Rocket Science is wine that’s fuel for thought. It started as an experiment to see what would happen if we combined a half-dozen unorthodox grapes from the Caldwell estate. We threw out the rulebook, charted our own course, and proved that pushing the limits is pretty much always a good idea.
