Digital Cocktail Making with Vanetti Serrano

We're back again for another SELECT Friday Funday. This Friday we'll be slinging cocktails once more. This time, with well-known Miami bartender, Vanetti Serrano. Vanetti is the head mixologist at East Hotel in Miami's Brickell neighborhood, founder of cocktail school @letsmakeout_withadrink and an expert in classic cocktails. This week, Vanetti will be teaching us how to make a classic Old Fashioned as well as a special SELECT Cocktail she's concocting just for us. See ingredients below:

Old Fashioned:
Bourbon Whiskey
Simple Syrup
Angostura Bitters
Sliced Orange
Maraschino Cherry

The SELECT Tangy Summer: Gin
Aperol
Lillet Blanc
Ginger Syrup (or sugar)
1 Lime (squeezed)
Tangerines (squeezed)
Tonic Water (or club soda)
Green Apple and Fresh Mint for garnish
