Motto & the Wharf invite Select Members Saturday, February 12th at 10:30 am to join Motto trainer, Curtis WIlliams, as he guides you through a 60-min HIIT workout for a full body sweat!
Come with an open mind, leave with a happy body. Arrive early to check-in, settle in and relax before we get moving. Prepare for the sun and heat: sunscreen is encouraged. Workout bands will be provided. Please bring your own mats and water.
