Think Seattle was built on grunge music and coffee? Well, kind of, but there’s other stuff too!
Get out of the city and explore its roots during this 8-hour Native American cultural experience!
Meeting up with Cheryl’s Northwest Tours at the Seattle ferry terminal, you’ll travel by water to Port Madison Indian Reservation, where you’ll learn all about the longtime natives of Puget Sound during an event put together by the Suquamish Museum and Cultural Center.
In addition to visiting the resting place of the eponymous Chief Seattle, you’ll walk Suquamish Village, lunch at the historic Kiana Lodge, and tour the exhibits of the Suquamish Museum, where you’ll get a unique historical look at Seattle’s early residents.
Find out what being a native Seattleite is really about! But don’t toss the coffee. Never do that.
