Founded by chef Lonie Murdock and restaurateur Darren Hinds, the restaurant began as a pop-up and has evolved into a King West destination known for its upscale atmosphere and bold, globally influenced flavors. Signature dishes like Miss Edna’s jerk chicken and Miss Paula’s carrot cake pay homage to the founders’ Jamaican and Guyanese roots.
