ēst is a modern restaurant serving Italian-French courses, captivating cocktails and wine. It is located in the heart of the vibrant Queen Street East community of Riverside, Toronto and features the young, accomplished Chef Jordan Diniz. 

For tasting menu guests, ēst has both traditional and vegan options available. Both are three courses with the option of adding a wine pairing to compliment your dining experience. With advanced notice they are able to make substitutions for guests with intolerances, allergies or preferences.
