Chef Cory Oppold and his culinary team take you on a food exploration through an explosion of both your taste and visual senses, using the seasonality of products and a progression of flavor. They offer a "multi-course" dining experience focused on curating a sophisticated fine dining evening for guests.
COURSE also offers a wonderful 6-course Sunday brunch, playfully titled “Morning Would". The menu consists of classic brunch items but done in a more sophisticated, fun, and artful fashion. They offer inspired, classic cocktails and jams from the 80s and 90s.
