With stellar menus from consulting Chef Jose Fuentes, of Madrid’s renowned Kulto restaurant, LAMANO offers classics from all regions of Spain along side tempting modern dishes. Spanish and Latin wines, many of them organic and biodynamic, and an array of artisanal cocktails and craft beers, complement the food in an alluring ambience.
