Our owner arrived in the U.S. from Europe almost thirty years ago, with little more than an idea: create a friendly neighborhood restaurant where people and their dogs felt at home. Inspired by the vibrant energy of New York City, and the dog-friendly atmosphere, the Barking Dog was born!
