Kojin, also known as Sambō-Kōjin, is the god of the kitchen. Often depicted with flaming hair, fangs, and a contorted face, he often wields a bow and arrows.
Their philosophy is simple, take excellent ingredients and amazing techniques and allow them to shine. The goal is to curate guest experiences that are usually found in places that are unapproachable to most people and make it comfortable and fun for everyone.
