Situated inside the newly renovated Gale South Beach, this traditional Italian restaurant offers pizzas cooked in a wood-burning oven, pastas and more. The stylish yet warm space includes a lively cocktail bar, as well as a mozzarella bar serving housemade cheese. Many items, from the cheese to the paté, are made in-house at Dolce, where you can order fresh mozzarella either in a Caprese salad or upon a platter of cured meats and house-pickled vegetables. And what would a restaurant whose namesake means "sweet" be without desserts? There's cannoli and tiramisu, but we recommend trying the Key lime tart and silky panna cotta with mango purée.
