SELECT Member Concierge
The Member Concierge is the direct link between our partners, members and SELECT. You will help facilitate our members’ unique SELECT experiences with recommendations and suggestions; communicating with our members across platforms including our live chat concierge, email and in person. The Member Concierge will also be responsible for managing customer service interactions and will assist in new member on-boarding.
Skills you have:
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills
• Incredibly detail oriented
• High level of resourcefulness and strong willingness to learn
• An interest in startups and entrepreneurship
• Concierge, hospitality and event planning experience a plus
• Managing inbound inquiries, recommendations, reservations and concierge requests
• Managing customer service relations with current and prospective members
• Assisting in new member on-boarding
• Cultivating relationships within the community
