Take a 30-minute seaplane flight from Victoria's Inner Harbour, near the Parliament Buildings and Fairmont Empress. The small-group flight accommodates up to 14 passengers and offers views of Victoria's coastline, nearby islands, and the Olympic Mountains. Fly over the Inner Harbour, Mount Douglas, Elk Lake, Finlayson Arm, and the beaches of James and Sidney Islands.
