The Taiping Cloud Ladder is a suspension bridge located in Taiwan's Taiping Scenic Area. It connects Taiping Mountain to Turtle Mountain in Chiayi. From the bridge, you can view the Chiayi-Tainan Plain extending to the Taiwan Strait and the surrounding tea plantations. The bridge features sturdy wooden planks and a reinforced structure. A section of the bridge uses an iron frame, which allows you to see the greenery beneath. It is the tallest and longest suspension bridge in Taiwan, situated at around one thousand meters above sea level. This location showcases striking sunsets and passing cloudscapes.
