From there, Sky Terrace 428 provides an elevated observation space at 428 meters, presenting views of both Victoria Harbour and the South China Sea. Additionally, you can see HSBC Life Illuminations, a 3D projection display that takes place at the Peak Tower, adding a visual element to the visit.
