Visit Livraria Lello, a historic bookstore established in 1906. Recognized as "The Most Beautiful Bookstore in the World," Livraria Lello is a key spot for avid readers and collectors. Designed by Francisco Xavier Esteves, it boasts a unique staircase and a stained-glass ceiling by Samuel Van Krieken. The bookstore includes artistic installations celebrating books and authors. The José Saramago Room, created with the Saramago Foundation, displays works and personal artifacts of Portugal’s Nobel Laureate.
