Grindelwald, Interlaken & Lauterbrunnen: Day Trip + Transport

Go on a full-day excursion to one of Switzerland’s most beautiful destinations

Start your coach journey through the countryside and travel over the Brünig Pass to Interlaken, located in the Jungfrau region. \ After a short stop in Interlaken for orientation, continue to Grindelwald, a mountain village known for outdoor activities. You'll have about 3.5 hours of free time in Grindelwald to explore or try optional activities. Walk through the village to various lookout points with views of the Eiger, Mönch, and Jungfrau mountains. You can take a cableway to Mt First and try the First Cliff Walk, which includes a 40-meter suspension bridge. There’s also a mountain restaurant where you can have a meal or a snack. If you prefer, hike to Lake Bachalpsee (6 km round trip, about 1.5–2 hours with a moderate incline) or take a shorter walk to the First View platform. Other options include visiting Glacier Canyon, which has rock formations shaped by glacial water, or taking a cable car to Mount Pfingstegg, which also has walking paths and activities.
