Grand Palace, Damnoen Saduak Floating Market & Maeklong Railway Market Tour

Marvel at the amazing architecture and colorful statues in the Grand Palace

Want to get a real taste of Thailand? Spend a day discovering some of the best markets and temples that Bangkok has to offer, and enjoy a combination of local culture, sightseeing, and food tasting, in one mouthwatering tour. The first stop will be the Maeklong Railway Market. Called ‘Talat Rom Hup’ which roughly means ‘umbrella pulldown market’, it is famous for the vendors’ mad scramble to pack up when a train goes by. You might even get to see the train pass before heading to the Damnoen Saduak Floating Market. One of the more famous floating markets in the city, it is made up of a network of narrow canals dotted with vendors paddling their boats filled with their wares. After stuffing your belly full of tasty Thai food, it’s off to see some temples. First up is Wat Phra Kaew (also known as Temple of the Emerald Buddha), one of the country’s most sacred temples. Take in the tranquil and spiritual environment before making your way to the Grand Palace.
