Then take a self-guided tour of the Fonseca Cellars, which have been producing Port wine since 1815. See how their wine is made, from the vineyards of the Douro Valley and the famed Quinta do Panascal estate to the sustainable techniques behind their winemaking and the ageing process in the centuries-old cellars. End with a tasting of Fonseca Bin 27 Port, or grape juice from the Douro Valley for younger visitors.
