Join a gin-making workshop at the Distillerie de l’Arbre Sec, a micro-distillery in Paris located in a quiet courtyard inside a private building. During the workshop, a spirits sommelier will walk you through the role of botanicals, distillation methods, and the history of gin. You’ll taste several gins and house cocktails, learn how their flavors are developed, and then create your own recipe using the ingredients provided. At the end, you’ll leave with a bottle of the gin you made during the session.
