Select benefits are available year‑round, ready whenever you are. The process for redeeming each benefit may differ slightly, but all are designed to be intuitive and seamless.
Reservations and exclusive access must be arranged through the concierge. If a venue does not automatically apply your benefit, simply inform a staff member and be prepared to present your Select card—either physical or digital (in the app), if requested. You may also contact the concierge in the event of any issues, as these can often be corrected very quickly.
The Select Hotels program is the largest hotel benefit offering in the world. While no one can be the best place to book every hotel on every date, Select is far and away the best option overall. Our unpublished rates and cash back programs are instantly bookable via the website or mobile app. Our VIP hotel and amenity program often needs to be booked on your behalf by our concierge team to ensure benefits and VIP status are noted.
Each benefit page provides redemption instructions specific to that offer. Our concierge is also happy to assist with any details.
Most Select events require an RSVP. You may reserve your place directly through the event page on our website or app. Pricing, guest access, and other details can be found on each individual listing. We host in-person events in our largest membership communities, but all are open to all members. We also host digital events like our Select Spotlight Series, which features conversations with some of the world’s fastest-rising and most successful entrepreneurs, investors, and executives.
The Select Syndicate provides access to otherwise inaccessible venture opportunities for members who qualify as accredited investors. Members now regularly invest alongside industry leaders like Sam Altman, Founders Fund, Khosla Ventures, Thrive Capital, and a16z in opportunities that are often actively turning away other investors. For accredited and non-accredited members alike, we also have a partnership with the Fundrise Flagship Fund, which unlocks alternative investments for all.
S AI™, our digital AI-powered concierge, currently offers assistance with planning vacations, hotel bookings, entertainment, and dining options. It seamlessly integrates Select benefits when it feels they’re the best option, and incorporates general recommendations. This will become significantly more advanced and personalized over time, but its simple interface and seamless benefit integration have already made it popular amongst the community.
